- AI Crew processing: When you deploy AI Crews, they process customer interactions (conversations, inquiries, lead data) using automated systems. You, as the data controller, determine what data is processed through these systems.
- Automated profiling: AI Crews may perform automated profiling such as lead scoring, sentiment analysis, and customer categorization based on interaction data you provide.
- Human review: In accordance with GDPR Article 22, you and your customers have the right to request human review of any automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects. AI Crew outputs are designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it.
- Safeguards: We implement safeguards against solely automated decisions with significant effects, including confidence thresholds, escalation paths, and the ability to override AI recommendations.
AI Model Training Data
Transparency about how we use data in relation to our AI systems:
- Customer data is not used for model training: Your business data and customer interactions processed through AI Crews are not used to train or improve our general AI models. Your data is yours.
- Aggregated analytics: We may use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified usage data to improve platform performance and develop new features. This data cannot be traced back to any individual or customer.
